This service not only helped to simply jump start my hybrid, but I also learned something new! I'm not sure what the guy's name was ( Sorry I forgot your name) I'm guessing it's William based on all the other reviews, but he did a great job in starting my car within a MINUTE! He also knew another way to charge my Camry hybrid that I didn't know about; there's another charging port in the hood that makes for a better charging access versus charging the battery in the trunk (12v). Thanks for having such great customer service and communication skills too, I felt more comfortable with your professionalism.

We called this locksmith the morning of our appointment with another locksmith who cancelled on us due to being "too far" - William answered the phone and even though he was an hour away, he immediately came and opened the lock on our cabin. Freaking AMAZING service! I had a dead battery, middle of the very hot day, with 3 kids. They answered on the second ring and told me they had a couple people ahead of me but would be there ASAP. Less than 30 minutes later they were there to jump my battery. Totally nice guy, reasonably priced, and accepted card payment. Plus I didnt have to wait a million hours for a tow truck! Was locked out of house for about 4+ hours trying to deal with other local locksmiths, somehow found this ones number and he arrived in under 25 minutes during the winter, speedy service with a relaxed demeanor. Need a boat key made, they were able to make a key that worked just like the original one. They had to do more than cut it, they also had to make the key thinner. Any how great job and thank you for a job well done.
