One of the most fast and efficient turn around i ever had. My lock went bad. I called a few locksmiths. Most of them wouldn't come out until several hours later. My lock was frozen shut. Eddie and sons sent someone, and within 20 mins the tech was here. Took him about 10 mins to fix it. Very professional and their dispatcher made sure to keep me calm while I waited with my baby outside. Highly recommended! Gave Matthew the tech a well-deserved $15 tip.

Stranded in Brooklyn with my key locked in my car at 9pm, I called Eddie and Sons. Within 30 minutes they sent a locksmith to my location. The man was nice and considerate and gave me a really good deal when he heard I had to drive back to New Jersey that night. It took him less than a minute to pop open my car. I was relieved and thankful and was soon on my way back to New Jersey. Thanks guys for a great service.

Called very late like 12 am and they came in about 30 mins. The price was really jacked up probably because of the time that I called. But they let you pay in venmo or debit card. Pretty professional people.

I was in Brooklyn after a concert on New years eve. I called a few companies before I called these guys and no one else answered the phone. The technician came a lot faster then I thought he would. The office checked up on me to make sure the technician had contacted me and to make sure he had arrived on time. When Jordan arrived he gave me a fair price to make my key for my 2016 ford explorer after I agreed to pay for the key he was quickly done and I was on my way. After the guy left the office called me back to make sure everything went well with the tech. If it wasn't for these guys my rental car would have surely been towed by the morning. everyone I dealt with when I called this company was extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again if I need a locksmith again.
