Foothill Locksmiths, Inc. has been providing security solutions throughout the Greater Bay Area since 1956. Our company has roots that run deep into the rich history of Hayward, California. Shirley "Sy" Lucas, the founder of Foothill Locksmiths, was a man with a passion for locksmithing and a desire to learn the trade. He began teaching himself the skills of a locksmith, taking locks apart and reassembling them as a hobby.
