Overall, good experience hereonly ran into a little issue. I needed two types of keys made, a simple one and a more complicated expensive key. The house key was fine, but I ran into issues with the more complicated key. They didn't make it right the first time, so I had to go back the following day to get it fixed. However, they were very nice about fixing it and did not charge me again! Would go back here again!

Hands-down, the best locksmith service in all of New York City. I have lost my keys at around midnight one evening, I called Key to see if anybody was around because they offered 24 hour service. A gentleman by the name of Steve said hell be in at around 6:45am the next morning. I told him Ill meet him at 6:45 and even though I showed up about 15 minutes late, That he had another appointment, he took care of me with rapid speed and efficiency, while still treating me like family. Golden Key locksmith is without a doubt top-tier in service. You cant go wrong with them.

My grandma and I came yesterday because her lock was not working properly. They came right away to check the lock and propose a solution. These guys are great! They came out to my building after multiple other company tried to repair our door and werent able too. Rollin was able to fix the door and for a lot cheaper then I even expect. I would highly recommend calling them for all your door and locksmith needs.
